Claims
Claims will be honored only if the claim is received within six months of the publication date of the print edition.
Canada is an exception. Claims for an annual cumulative edition sent to Canada must be made within 90 days of the shipment, as the United States Postal Service requires that claims for Express Mail deliveries be made within 90 days.
Cancellations
Standing orders must be canceled in writing and received before the shipment of each publication.
The unshipped portion of a subscription may be canceled at any time; however, once orders have been shipped, they cannot be returned for a refund.
If a quarterly subscription is canceled in the middle of the subscription, each issue that has been shipped will be assessed at the regular single issue price, plus $15.00 (USD) per issue for international shipping, before a refund is made. In addition, a $25.00 (USD) processing fee will be charged for all cancellations involving a refund.
Cancellations may be made by e-mail, fax or mail. Phone cancellations must be confirmed with a written confirmation of cancellation and received before a refund for the unshipped portions of a subscription can be issued.
