Payment

Payment must be made in U.S. dollars.  We accept Visa, MasterCard or a check in U.S. dollars (drawn on a U.S. bank).

For standing orders of the print edition, payment must be received within 30 days of receipt of the annual cumulative edition or the first quarterly edition.  For quarterly standing orders, shipping will be suspended after the first issue if payment has not been received by the publication date of the second issue.

Shipping
The Philosopher’s Index is shipped worldwide.

Domestic Orders
Prices include shipping within the United States via the United States Postal Service or UPS ground.

International Orders
For orders mailed outside of the United States, add $60.00 (USD) for shipping for each full-year’s Quarterly or Annual Cumulative subscription.  International Orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service via ISAL (International Surface Airlift M-bag).

Orders are processed immediately upon receipt; however, shipping may take 10-14 days to European, South American, Middle Eastern and Asian destinations.
