New Journal and e-Journal Submissions

To be included in The Philosopher’s Index, all new journals and e-journals must be approved by the editor. Approximately half of the articles in each journal issue should be in philosophy or related disciplines.

Please submit the following for consideration:

1. One complimentary copy of two different issues of the journal or e-journal

Publishers of print journals, please mail hard copies to us.
Publishers of e-journals, please email electronic copies to us with links to the full text or PDF attachments, and please include the Table of Contents and available abstracts.

2. The following information about the journal or e-journal:

Full Title
ISSN Number and/or E-ISSN Number
Publisher Name, Mailing Address, Email Address and Website Address
Subscription Mailing Address and Email Address (if different from above)
Frequency of Publication
Approximate Circulation
Are the articles refereed?

If the journal is approved by the editor, we require that all journal publishers send us one complimentary subscription to all future journal publications so that each journal issue can be indexed.

Publishers of print journals, please mail the hard copies to us.

E-journals publishers may submit journals electronically. Please alert us via email when a new issue is available for indexing or include in an email links to full text or PDF attachments with the Table of Contents and available abstracts.

We request permission to publish any abstract of an article that is provided in the journal.

Once the journal or e-journal is accepted, indexing is provided by our editorial staff, and your journal receives exposure to the philosophical community worldwide.
